Complimentary Transportation Benefit

One complimentary round-trip transfer is included per qualifying reservation of seven or more consecutive nights. Guests may select transportation between the property and either Tampa International Airport or a Port Tampa Bay cruise terminal.

The offer is subject to advance scheduling, passenger and luggage capacity, driver and vehicle availability, and the established service window. It has no cash value and cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged, or divided across multiple reservations.

Additional stops, waiting time, schedule changes, and transportation outside the stated route may incur separate charges at the prevailing EcoLuxe Rides rate. Guests are responsible for any charges arising from changes made after the transfer is scheduled.

Pickup and drop-off operate between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week, unless special arrangements have been confirmed in writing in advance. Requests outside standard operating hours are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.

Casa Concepts LLC arranges this benefit through EcoLuxe Rides as a courtesy to qualifying guests. EcoLuxe Rides operates as an independent transportation provider. Casa Concepts LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions attributable to EcoLuxe Rides or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or vehicle mechanical issues.

Casa Concepts LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this benefit at any time. Changes will not affect reservations already confirmed with the benefit included.
